Placenta Encapsulation
We prepare your placenta into capsules to help restore your body after birth, using strict hygiene standards and one placenta at a time.
Placenta encapsulation means dehydrating, grinding and encapsulating the placenta after birth. It's thought to help restore balance, prevent the baby blues, increase milk supply, shorten healing time and boost energy in the early postpartum weeks.
How it works
- Before the birthMake sure you are not a hepatitis B carrier and have no blood-borne diseases. If you test positive at 36 weeks, do not consume your placenta while breastfeeding.
- CollectionStore the placenta in a cooler bag with ice packs and deliver it to us within 48 hours of the birth.
- ProcessingWe clean and steam the placenta, slice and dehydrate it at low heat, then grind it into powder and fill 100% vegetable capsules.
- DeliveryWe'll contact you within 7 days when your capsules are ready, with dosage instructions.
- StorageKeep refrigerated for up to 6 months, or freeze in an airtight container for longer.
